We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags within thirty (30) days of your purchase for an exchange or a return. You can submit a request using our Contact page. You will need your email and order number (found on your order confirmation) to request a refund or exchange.
For exchanges, there is a reshipping fee of $7.00 USD per item. We accept debit/credit cards for these fees. Exchanges can be performed one time per item ordered. Please call us at (305) 532-5324 or email us at info@fostrends.com for additional information.
For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to processs once we have issued them.
If we ship your order to the address you provided and it comes back to us, it will be processed as return to sender mail and you will be contacted at the email address provided. You will be given the option to reship to a valid address or a product refund.
The original shipping costs cannot be refunded for items returned in the mail.
